The three tiers, at a glance
Every task this newsletter has covered fits into one of three tiers. Here's the short version:
- Tier 1 — Observe. The agent reads and categorizes. Nothing moves. Safe for almost anyone, from day one.
- Tier 2 — Draft. The agent prepares something — an invoice reminder, a set-aside calculation. A human still hits send.
- Tier 3 — Execute. The agent moves money or submits something unsupervised. Where "bounded" stops being optional.
